Fitness Pilates are small group classes (1 Exercise Physiologist to maximum 4 people) that are conducted in our gym’s s fully equipped Pilates studio. Sessions are 55 minutes in duration and incorporate a combination of traditional Pilates exercises on the mat and specialised pilates equipment, stretching, resistance training and cardiovascular exercise for an all over body workout. Although sessions are a group experience, exercise programs are tailored to suit individual needs.
All participants are required to have an assessment prior to commencing classes. The assessment is one hour in duration and includes medical screening, functional testing, goal setting and an introduction to Pilates principals and exercises.

Private Sessions allow us to design a specific program to suit your personal goals and requirements in a one-on-one setting – focusing on you and your body! For a whole body workout we use specialised Pilates equipment including the reformer, trap table, chair and mat. We incorporate other forms of equipment such as fitball, foam roller, magic circle, rotation discs, resistance bands and weights.
